Spike CD4+ and CD8+ T Cell Epitope Kits

To accommodate the need for rapid vaccine development and to understand patient immune responses, Immunitrack offers two Spike T cell epitope kits, which may be used to stimulate antigen-specific T cells in assays such as ELISpot, intracellular cytokine staining assays, and cytotoxicity or proliferation assays.

These products are the result of a collaboration between Intavis and Immunitrack and may be ordered by contacting Immunitrack.

Each kit consists of 96 SARS-CoV-2 Spike peptides validated in in vitro stability binding assays to one or more frequent HLA alleles. The kit comes with a report containing the binding assay data.

Spike HLA I-restricted CD8+ Epitope Kit

Description: One report containing data on HLA I-restriction of the individual epitopes as well as HLA/epitope stability data generated for these epitopes using NeoScreen.

The stability cut-off was set at 40%, as compared to a reference peptide.

Customised tetramers can be produced upon request.

Alleles included:
HLA class I: A*01:01, A*02:01, A*03:01, A*11:01, A*24:02, B*07:02, B*08:01, C*04:01, C*07:02

Peptides:
96 vials, each containing 25 μg of a single 9-mer peptide.

Spike HLA II-restricted CD4+ Epitope Kit

Details: One report containing HLA restriction of the individual epitopes as well as HLA/epitope stability data generated for these epitopes using NeoScreen.

The stability cut-off was set at 40%, as compared to a reference peptide.

Customised tetramers can be produced upon request.

Alleles included:
HLA class II: DRB1*0101, DRB1*0301, DRB1*0401, DRB1*0801, DRB1*1101, DRB1*1301, DRB3*0202, DRB4*0101, DRB5*0101, DP401

Peptides:
96 vials, each containing 25 μg of a single 11-13-mer peptide.
