COVID-19 CD8+ Tetramer Panel for Immune Monitoring
Since the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic, Immunitrack has made intense efforts to identify and characterise SARS-CoV-2 epitopes to understand patient immune responses to infection and more recently to vaccination.
We have undertaken the largest HLA restriction study of Spike protein to date, mapping potential T cell epitopes against the 20 most frequently encountered HLA I and II molecules, and we are also monitoring the impact of Spike mutations on T cell responses.
From our own data and public data, we have now compiled a list of the 14 most frequently encountered SARS-CoV-2 CD8+ T cell epitopes. These are now available to order as a panel of phycoerythrin (PE)-labelled tetramers in affordable test kits.
